Amir Khan’s son Junaid has started his acting career in Hindi film industry with the movie ‘Maharaj’. It was not an easy journey for him as the movie faced many issues before it got finally released.
Amir Khan has always been fans favourite and gave the audience many quality-rich content to watch. Amir has contributed a lot to hindi film industry and the same is expected from his son. Due to which fans were excited to see how his son will take over the screens.
Maharaj Movie: Released
The first look of Maharaj was released with Junaid and other stars like Shailini Pandey, Jaideep Ahlawat, and Sharvari, and left fans with joy. They were eagerly waiting for the release of the film on 14 of June.
However, just a few ours before the release of ‘Maharaj’ Gujrat High Court issued a stay order.
But finally, the stay order has lifted and Maharaj is now available to watch on OTT. Those who have watched the movie are already a fan of Junaid Khan’s work.
Maharaj Movie: Storyline
Maharaj movie is directed by Siddharth P Malhotra and produced by Aditya Chopra. It is based on Libel Case of 1862.
Junaid is seen in the movie as a journalist and reformer Karsandas Mulji. He exposed a religious leader Jadunathji Brijratanji Maharaj (played by Jaideep), in one of the most iconic legal battles of India.

The movie has received a big thumbs up from the fans all over the social media. Fans are seen showering all their love and praise in the comment sections. Some people also twitted thanking the directors and producers for bringing such a strong storyline and a talented actor.

All in all, fans are now sure that Aamir’s son was born to act and are too excited to see him shine onscreen again and again.
Well, their wait won’t be too long as Junaid has already stated working on another project. The actor is currently shooting for his second movie, with actress Janhvi Kapoor’s sister Khushi Kapoor. The film will be a romantic comedy.
